Started as exchange of words between two classmates turned ugly, when one of them was attacked and suffered a broken leg at Seremban, 1pm.
A 14-year-old boy from a secondary school here was allegedly attacked by a classmate, who was dissatisfied over remarks made by the former.
Seremban district police deputy chief Supritendent Sulizmie Affendy Sulaiman confirmed that a police report had been lodged by the victim’s 43-year-old sister at 3.03pm.
“According to the victim’s sister, the victim had earlier made jokes which triggered the suspect’s anger. The victim had immediately apologised but was ignored by the suspect. He then physically attacked the victim.
“The victim suffered broken leg and was immediately sent to the hospital by the school before informing the incident to his family member,” he said.
He added, the suspect has been identified and the case is being investigated under Section 325 of the Penal code.
